“建议、提议”汉语含义的suggest后面所接从句的9种形式

suggest等动词后接that…should——指未来(that)以后用一定句或者否认句
在ask, propose, recommend, suggest等动词以后可用(that)…should啊；在英国英语中还可用现在时或者虚拟语气，而在美国英语中也可用虚拟语气呀。在书面语中一样平常皆省掉that
I suggest (that) he should/ shouldn’t apply for the job. （用should）
我建议他申请/不申请这项工做呀。
I suggest (that) he applies/ doesn’t apply for the job. （用现在时）

suggest等动词后接that…should——指以前(that)以后用一定句或者否认句
引述动词如表现提出建议，后面的间接引语可用以前时期替(that)…should结构和虚拟语气
I suggested (that) they should/shouldn’t drive along the coast.
我建议你们沿着/不-要沿着海岸开车呀。
I suggested (that) they drive/not drive along the coast. （译文同上）
I suggested (that) they drove/didn’t drive along the coast. （译文同上）

有一些人对suggest的用法有一种相对化倾向，以为做“表现.想到.讲明阿”解时没必-要虚拟句，而通常做“建议.建议阿”解时只能用虚拟句呀。固然，做前一种诠释时是对的呀。
但suggest即即是指“建议.建议阿”时，也会有不运用虚拟语气的时刻呀。下面是文学做品和词典中的一些用法实例
